STUDIO Policies
RESERVATION
We regularly book appointments with our Ritual Stylists one after the other so in order to secure your preferred treatment date and time, we recommend to book your appointment in advance. If we can not offer you your desired time, we will add you to our waitlist.
DEPOSIT
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking. The appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee is paid. All booking fees are non-refundable, however if you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside the 24 hours of your appointment your booking fee is transferred into a credit for a future appointment. Your booking fee will be deducted from your treatment balance at the time of check-out in the studio.
Appointment
We want your experience at Brow Rituals to be comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable so you leave looking and feeling your best.
During the consultation and before your treatment begins please let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, currently taking any medications, have any allergies, using any active skin care products or recently received any medical facial treatments as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
We offer an email reminder sent 72 hours prior and a text reminder sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Brow Rituals reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
PUNCTUALITY
Your appointment is your treatment time that has been set aside especially for you to relax and enjoy being pampered. Arriving late to the appointment may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, so we do not inconvenience the next clients appointment, however the full treatment charges will be applied.
Our Ritual Stylists will do what they can with the remaining time that they have, however being over 10 mins late will result in having your booking fee forfeited. To get the most from your appointment, please arrive on time.
Cancellation and no show
Your Ritual Stylists are in demand and as such often fully booked, and requests to cancel or change your appointments at such short notice greatly disadvantages other clients, our Ritual Stylist and the business.
As a courtesy to our Ritual Stylist, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Any rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will have your booking fee forfeited.
Any unattended “NO SHOW” appointments without prior notice will incur the full treatment fee.
We ask for your understanding in creating a fair and sustainable business and welcome you to contact us to discuss any concerns prior to making your appointment.
GIFT VOUCHERs
Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at Brow Rituals Mosman or Woollahra. Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed towards any retail product or treatments at any Brow Rituals location. Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card). If lost or stolen, vouchers will not be replaced. Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers or e-Gift Vouchers will come with a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase, this is not retrospective. Expired Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers do not retain any value. Brow Rituals reserves the right to change services without notice. Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers must be presented upon arrival. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment or not attending your appointment will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Voucher(s) or e-Gift Voucher(s). e-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address. A delivery fee of $10 (flat rate) applies to all Gift Vouchers mailed to an address within Australia.
