GUEST GUIDELINES

Our guidelines are designed to protect the time and artistry of our stylists and ensure a serene experience for our valued community.

RESERVATIONS & REMINDERS

To secure your preferred ritual, a non-refundable 50% booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This is elegantly deducted from your final balance at the studio.

As a courtesy, we provide an email reminder 72 hours prior and a final text reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & COURTESY

Your Ritual Stylist’s time is dedicated exclusively to you. We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or unattended "No Show" appointments, will incur the full treatment fee.

OUR COMMUNITY & ENVIRONMENT

We are proud of the community we have created and **warmly welcome children and well-behaved companions** to join you in the studio. To ensure a relaxing ritual for all, we simply ask that your guests remain mindful of the serene environment our other clients are enjoying.

ARRIVAL & PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive a few moments early to settle in. Arriving late may require us to shorten your ritual so as not to inconvenience the next guest; full charges still apply. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in a forfeited appointment.

WELLBEING & CONSULTATION

Please inform your stylist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, or are using active skincare (Retinol, Acids) or medical-grade treatments. Some rituals may not be appropriate under certain conditions.

THE FINE DETAILS

Gift Vouchers: Valid for 3 years, non-refundable, and must be presented upon arrival. The 48-hour cancellation courtesy applies to all voucher bookings.

Investment Transparency: While we strive for consistency, ritual prices are subject to change. Please refer to our live booking system for our most current investment levels.

LASH LIFT RITUALS

PRE RITUAL CARE FOR LASH LIFTS

  • Avoid using waterproof mascara, heavy eye creams, lash growth or conditioning serums for at least 48 hours prior to the treatment.
  • Contact lenses should be removed prior to the treatment so you can enjoy the ritual.
  • A patch test is recommended for all new clients a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment.

POST RITUAL CARE FOR LASH LIFTS

  • Keep lashes dry for the first 48 hours and avoid heat/steam from showers, saunas, dishwashers and ovens.
  • Avoid heavy eye creams, makeup and oily makeup removers for the first 48 hours as they strip the colour or distribute the lift.
  • Avoid sleeping on your face or side and avoid eye masks for the first 48 hours post treatment.
  • Use a specially formulated lash lift aftercare serum daily to hydrate, nourish and protect the lashes.
  • Schedule an appointment as recommended by your Ritual Stylist.

COLOUR, LIGHTENING & DYE RITUALS

PRE RITUAL CARE FOR COLOUR, LIGHTENING & DYE

  • Please arrive to your appointment makeup-free and with clean brows to allow the pigment or lifting agent to bond effectively.
  • Discontinue all use of anti-aging properties, such as Retinol, AHA, and BHA’s for at least 72 hours prior if you are receiving a Lightening ritual.
  • A patch test is recommended for all new clients a minimum of 48 hours before the treatment.

POST RITUAL CARE FOR COLOUR, LIGHTENING & DYE

  • Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours and avoid steam from showers, saunas, dishwashers, and ovens.
  • Avoid heavy eye creams, makeup, and oily makeup removers for the first 24 hours as this may strip the colour or affect the lightening result.
  • Avoid exfoliating or using strong cleansers on the hairs as this may strip the colour prematurely.
  • Hydration: Use a specially formulated serum daily to hydrate, nourish, and protect the hair (essential for maintained health after Lightening).
  • Schedule an appointment as recommended by your Ritual Stylist.

HAIR REMOVAL RITUALS

PRE RITUAL CARE FOR HAIR REMOVAL

  • Discontinue all use of anti-aging properties, such as Retinol, AHA, and BHA’s and other chemical exfoliating agents for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
  • We recommend rescheduling all cosmetic treatments 14 days prior or after your hair removal appointment.
  • No self-tanning products should be used on the treated area for at least 48 hours before the treatment.

POST RITUAL CARE FOR HAIR REMOVAL

  • Avoid touching the waxed area or doing anything physically strenuous where bacteria and perspiration may enter the hair follicle for the first 12 hours post treatment.
  • Avoid all anti-aging properties, such as Retinol, AHA and BHA’s for at least 72 hours prior to your treatment. This includes all topical acne medication as well as other exfoliants.
  • No self-tanning products should be used on the treated area for at least 48 hours after the treatment.
  • Schedule an appointment as recommended by your Ritual Stylist.
